  • Outdoor and Indoor Ceremony and Reception Spaces Available
  • Indoor Greenhouse Venue Available July-March

  • Tent, chairs, and table rental recommended through Midwest Rentals
  • Outdoor Capacity-300, Indoor Capacity-200
  • Venue Sites Available from 9 AM-12 AM
  • Event personnel on-site to assist with any needs
  • Bridal suite coming 2024
  • Open vendor policy (Recommended local vendor list available)
  • Food prep area for caterer
  • Alcohol service must be provided by a licensed bartender
  • Parking on site
  • Rehearsal Time available the day prior at no additional cost

Pricing

  • Venue and Wedding Flowers Included Together
  • Pricing: $3,000 for venue rental with flower package included! 15% off total wedding floral package.
  • Deposit and payment schedule: 50% security deposit due to secure date with a signed contract
  • Final payment due 60 days before the wedding
